This is a repair service for various video game controllers that have issues and are no longer working as expected.

We treat this repair as a best effort as sometimes its not possible or not viable to repair all controlelrs due to cost or availability of chips and parts. We will keep you informed, but note we will still charge a minimum of $50 as the troublshootoing still takes time.

3. Post in your items
4. We repair your items.
5. We post your items back to you with the prepaid shipping costs from checkout.

Who pays for postage?

• You organise postage and ship your console in.
• We calculate the return postage at checkout and this is how we get it back to you.
