Here’s how our console repair process works:

1. Skip the queue: If you know what you need, just go ahead and buy the console repair service that we offer here. Otherwise, send in your item for a console repair quote first.
2. Appraisal Service: Purchase this $50 appraisal service (non refundable). Please add a note at checkout detailing your console and issue.
3. Postage: Simply send your console to us. You will need to pay for this.
4. Fees: This $50 appraisal fee covers this initial step and is deducted from any further repairs you may purchase. So if you proceed to replace the capacitors in your console, this $50 will be deducted from the quote.
5. Assessment and Repair Quote: Our technicians will carefully evaluate your console, identifying any faults or issues. Based on their assessment, we’ll provide you with a detailed repair quote. You’ll have all the information you need to decide whether to proceed with the repair or have your console returned.
6. Next steps: Proceed with the repair quote, or we will return your console for free.

NOTE: Please adjust the quantity to reflect the number of consoles that require repair.

If you decide to go ahead with a repair, all repairs come with a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers the component(s) replaced during the repair and does not extend to further faults unrelated to the initial repair.

Conditions:

If we are unable to replicate a fault or the customer declines the quoted repair, the $50 appraisal and postage fee will not be refunded. At this point we can return the console back to you, or dispose of it.
