This is a a genuine Sega Saturn Control Pad (MK-80116). Throughout the years, Sega released a series of differently designed Saturn controllers. The MK-80116 is exactly like the original Japanese controllers, just in black.

Controllers are region free, so you can play these Saturn controllers on any PAL or NTSC locked consoles!
