It's very common for the capacitors to leak inside the console and cause many issues and erratic behavior. You may have read about the clock cap that fails which is true, but if this issue is left untreated it can cause irreparable damage to the motherboard from corrosive fluid leaking onto the board.

This job aims to replace the clock capacitor and to repair any motherboard damage as a result of it going bad. Other issues like DVD drives ejecting themselves we will need to diagnose and charge extra for, this is just an initial job to get in there and see what's going on.
