The game's workouts include upper body, lower body, cardio, yoga, and cardio boxing, and will allow players to create a custom fitness program or choose from 10 pre-set fitness programs such as Belly Buster and Boot Camp. The Biggest Loser Challenge also features 50 all-new recipes from The Biggest Loser Cookbook; The Biggest Loser Resort, the best-selling book series; The Biggest Loser Club; and The Biggest Loser Protein by Designer Whey, to make the game an all-encompassing workout tool.
