G-Con 2 (GunCon in USA) features a smaller body, and a more rounded shape compared to its predecessor the original GunCon. The side buttons, A and B, have been moved directly above the trigger, making it easier to shift between modes. Two new smaller buttons, SELECT and START, have been added to the left side of the shaft for instant game control.

The D-Pad is position brilliantly on the back of the trigger, making it a nifty and immersive controller.
